Do I need any tech experience to use it?

No. That's the whole point of the setup and training session. By the time we hand it over, you'll know exactly what to do and so will your team.

What if I already use a different system?

Get in touch and we'll have a look at what you're on. If ServiceM8 is a better fit, we'll explain why. If something else makes more sense for your business, we'll tell you that too.

Is there an ongoing fee?

The $800 + GST is a one-off setup fee paid to us. ServiceM8 has its own subscription cost paid directly to them, and we'll walk you through what plan makes sense for your crew size.

What if I need help after handover?

The setup is designed so you don't need us ongoing. That said, if something comes up, get in touch and we'll help you sort it out.
